Q - Can I have my order delivered to an address that is not my billing address?

A - Yes. When completing your order in the checkout there is an option to post your order to an address that is not your billing address. Press this and it will allow you to enter a new address for delivery.

Q - How do I know my order has been received?

A - Once you have completed your order in our online store, you will receive a confirmation email which tells you what you have ordered, the total price, order number and delivery address. This is why it’s important to ensure you have provided us with the correct email address.

Q - How long will my order take to arrive?

A - We could ship worldwide. Receiving Time=Processing time + Shipping time

It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order.

And the shipping time is 5-7 workdays for express shipping, and 7-14 workdays for standard shipping.

Q-How much will I pay for the delivery?

A: The shipping fee is about $5.99 and you will get a free shipping when your order is or over $39.99.

Q-How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

A: In general, there are only a small number of countries that need to clear customs. If your order need to be cleared, and you need to make a payment , please contact with us directly first. We will do our best to solve the matter for you. Please do not worry about it.

Q - Do you take back unused products?

A - Providing that the product is unused and in its original packaging, we will accept returns. Rolls are returned at the customer’s own expense. While we are happy to take back rolls we cannot accept back samples for refund.

Q - If my product arrives damaged, what do I do?

A - In the event of receiving faulty goods, please contact us for return instructions and we will be happy to replace items and/or refund you. We may require photographic evidence if you are unable to send the product back to us.

Q - What forms of payment do UHOMMI accept?

A-We only accept paypal account, or debit card via paypal now. So sorry for causing you such inconvenience.
